Dispatch
We strive to ship all orders placed in the webshop within 1-3 business days via DHL/PostNL (including track & trace code). The costs for this are 5.95 euros for Dutch orders and 8.95 euros for Belgian orders. Dutch orders above 80 euros are shipped for free! For Belgium this is from 120 euros. Normally DHL/PostNL will deliver the order the next day, with some exceptions.
In addition, it is possible to pick up the package at the office located in Spinnerij Oosterveld in Enschede. If you choose this option, we will contact you as soon as possible by email to make an appointment.
All orders are shipped in 90% recycled shipping bags with a return strip.
Returns
Are there unexpected dissatisfactions about the online order and does the order meet all the return conditions below? Then it is possible to return the order at your own expense.
Return conditions:
- The item that is to be returned is requested via info@gingerandsage.nl and returned to the correct address that was received by email, within 14 days after it was delivered (in the case of delivery to a parcel point, the date and time of delivery at the point applies)
- The item is in its original condition, no holes/stains etc. If this is not the case the returned item will not be accepted.
- Preferably the item is packed in the original packaging, for this you can use the return strip that is attached to the bag. If this is not possible, make sure that the item is neatly packed, so that no damage can occur during shipment.
- The item is preferably sent with PostNL or DHL and must be sent with a track & trace code.
To return an order, please follow the steps below:
- Send an email with the order number, the specific product and the reason for return to the email address: info@gingerandsage.nl
- We will check for you whether the return period has not expired. If this is agreed, we will send you the correct return address by email.
- Pack the item (preferably in the original packaging using the return strip)
- Preferably the package is sent with PostNL or DHL, a track & trace code is required here. The costs for the package are for your own account.
- Upon arrival we check the items, if everything is according to the above conditions then the return shipment is approved. The amount due will then be transferred to your account number within 7 working days.
